Yes. We thoroughly clean, disinfect, and inspect our rental equipment between customers. Inflatables are cleaned with commercial products made for vinyl so families receive equipment that is clean, well maintained, and ready for the event.

Yes. Our inflatable units are made with lead-free vinyl. Safety is a requirement for our company, and every inflatable is inspected before it is placed into service.

We provide rentals for birthdays, weddings, church events, school field days, company picnics, corporate events, festivals, family reunions, fundraisers, grand openings, summer camps, and community celebrations. Our inventory includes bounce houses, water slides, tents, tables, chairs, linens, concessions, games, and event-planning services.

Only use water on an inflatable specifically listed as a wet/dry unit or water slide. Water can damage a dry-only inflatable and create an unsafe surface. We provide a 25-foot water hose for applicable rentals; if the water connection is farther away, please have an additional hose ready.

Yes. Many inflatables can be installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors when the correct anchoring system is used. Grass installations normally use long stakes, while hard surfaces and indoor setups use approved weighted anchoring. Tell us the surface type when booking so we can bring the correct equipment.

Many qualifying rentals are available for the entire weekend for the price of one day. Delivery and pickup times are based on our route and will be confirmed for your order, giving your family more time to enjoy the rental without paying another full-day rate.

We deliver throughout Medford, Central Point, Jacksonville, Ashland, White City, Klamath Falls, and other Southern Oregon communities. Availability and delivery charges depend on the event address and equipment selected. Visit our delivery area page or request a quote for your location.

Our crew delivers and professionally installs equipment that requires setup, then returns for pickup according to the scheduled route. Please do not move an inflatable or tent after our crew has installed it. Your order confirmation will explain any special instructions for your rental.

Most inflatables need accessible electrical power, and water slides also need a working water connection. Requirements vary by unit and by the number of blowers. Check the selected rental details or contact us before the event if you are unsure. Generator rentals are available when suitable power is not nearby.

Safety comes first. Inflatables should not be operated during strong winds, lightning, or other unsafe conditions. Follow the safety instructions provided with your rental and stop using the equipment if conditions become unsafe. Contact us when the forecast changes so we can discuss the options for your order.

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable whenever it is operating. Riders should follow the posted rules, remove shoes and sharp objects, avoid rough play, and be grouped by similar size whenever possible.

Keep the setup area and access path clear, and secure pets while our crew is working. For inflatable pickup, leave the unit inflated so we can remove leaves, grass, or mud and inspect it before rolling. If your order includes tables and chairs, please clean and stack them as instructed.

Tent size depends on guest count, table style, seating layout, dance floor, food service, and other equipment placed beneath the tent. Use our tent calculator for a starting estimate, then contact us so we can confirm the layout and recommend the right tent.

Reserve as soon as you know your event date. Popular inflatables, large tents, and peak-season weekends can book early. Starting early also gives us more time to confirm delivery access, surface conditions, power needs, and the best equipment for your event.
