What to Know Before Reserving a Tent
- Surface and anchoring: Tell us whether the installation area is grass, pavement, gravel or another surface. Tent style and anchoring options depend on the site.
- Clearance: The setup area must allow room for the tent, anchors, poles and safe crew access.
- Underground utilities: Sprinklers, septic systems, irrigation, electrical lines and other underground features must be identified before staking.
- Weather: A tent provides shade and shelter, but every installation remains subject to safe weather and wind conditions.
- Event layout: Tables, chairs, buffets, dance floors, stages and serving areas reduce seating capacity, so plan the entire event—not only the guest count.

What size tent do I need for 50 guests?
A 20×40 tent is usually a better starting point than a 20×20 for 50 seated guests, especially when the event includes a buffet, aisle, gift table or serving area. The final recommendation depends on the seating and activities planned under the tent.
Do you deliver and set up the tent?
Yes. We professionally deliver and install our tents. We confirm the event address, surface, access and scheduling details before installation.
Can tents be installed on pavement?
Some installations may be possible on pavement, but tent style, anchoring, available space and local requirements must be reviewed first. Send us photographs and measurements of the site when requesting a quote.
How does the weekend rental value work?
Eligible Jackson and Josephine County orders may receive Friday delivery and Monday pickup for the price of a one-day rental. Exact delivery and pickup timing depends on the route and is confirmed for each order.
