20×20 tents: A 400-square-foot option for a smaller gathering, food service, or extra covered space. Our collection includes a high-peak tent and a West Coast frame tent. We can help choose the style that suits your location.
20×40 tent: This rectangular tent provides 800 square feet. It is worth considering when you need more room for dining tables and serving space.

40×40 and 40×60 tents: These offer 1,600 and 2,400 square feet for larger event layouts. The right choice depends on furniture and activities as well as guest count. You don’t need to work that out alone—ask us for help.
For a backyard wedding in Grants Pass, start with a tent and seating, then choose the details that suit your celebration. A seated meal might call for dining tables and linens; a more casual gathering may need a few tables for refreshments and places for guests to sit.
Our table and chair rentals include 5-foot round tables, 8-foot rectangular tables, and white folding chairs. Round tables can create small conversation groups, while rectangular tables work well for shared dining or food service. We can help you compare layouts before you decide.

Eligible Jackson and Josephine County orders may include Friday delivery and Monday pickup for the one-day rental price. We’ll confirm the schedule for your event.
