A beautiful tent starts with a location that works for the whole event. Before choosing a size, consider the ground, the space around the tent and how guests and equipment will reach it. Perfected Parties can help you work through those details for celebrations in Medford and nearby Southern Oregon communities.
You can start with your date, city and approximate guest count. You do not need a finished site plan or exact measurements to get in touch.
A tent’s listed dimensions describe its covered footprint. Installation may need additional space for anchoring and supports, along with clear guest routes around the outside. A lawn that appears to match a tent’s dimensions is a starting point for a conversation, rather than confirmation that the tent will fit.
Tell us about nearby fences, buildings, trees, overhead lines, garden beds and changes in ground level. If you have approximate measurements, describe where you measured from. We will let you know which details need a closer look for the tent you choose.

Grass, gravel, asphalt and concrete raise different installation questions. Mention slopes, soft areas, drainage concerns and any restrictions on disturbing the ground. The property owner or venue should be part of this discussion.
Our current collection includes a 20×20 West Coast Frame Tent, 20×20 High Peak Tent and larger options such as the 40×60 High Peak Pole Tent. The 40×60 listing specifies grass or a staked surface. Please have us confirm the installation approach for your actual location; a different tent style does not automatically make every surface suitable.
Let us know about irrigation, drainage, septic systems and other known underground features before an installation location is agreed. Coordinate utility-location responsibilities with the property owner and installation team before any staking. A photograph cannot establish what is underground.
Oregon 811’s homeowner guidance explains the utility-location process and why private lines may need additional attention. Do not assume a utility locate identifies every private system on the property.
Think about two separate journeys: equipment reaching the setup area, and guests reaching their seats.
Keep required exits and access routes clear when furniture and decorations are added. Your venue and local authorities can confirm the requirements for your event.
List what you want under cover: dining, a buffet, drinks, speeches, dancing or a combination. Add tables and chairs to the plan before settling on the tent size. Sidewalls, lighting, food service and power needs should be discussed together rather than left until setup day.
Ask your venue and the local fire authority about permits and site-plan requirements. For Medford events, the city’s tent permit packet is a useful starting point. Requirements for another jurisdiction or event may differ; this planning guide is not a permit approval.
Have a weather plan with your venue and event team, including where guests will go if conditions require leaving the tent. The National Weather Service warns that tents are not safe lightning shelters. Follow the equipment instructions and the weather decisions agreed with your rental team.
If we request photos, useful views include the full proposed setup area, its edges, the ground surface and the route from unloading to the tent. Include obstacles instead of photographing only the most open part of the lawn. Photos help explain the site; they do not replace any inspection or measurements needed to confirm suitability.
Send your date, city and approximate guest count, plus any site questions you already have. We serve Medford and communities listed in our delivery area; availability, delivery and installation arrangements are confirmed for your event address.
Explore the tent collection, then request your event quote. We can help you take the next step even if you are still deciding where everything will go.

If you are taking measurements for a structure such as a building or fence, please provide the height of the structure here. If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty. Please note if you enter a value here after taking measurements, you will need to take measurements again.
