Start with the part of the event you want to organize around

Picture the heart of your event: a sweetheart table, a family photo display, a speaker or tables where everyone can gather.

  • A hexagon can work well for a gathering arranged around a central feature.
  • A rectangle can suit a layout with dining, refreshments and entertainment along its length.

Both shapes allow different furniture arrangements. Round tables can work inside a rectangle, and a hexagon does not require circular seating.

Allow room for the activities you want

Think about the corners and the edges

A good layout leaves comfortable routes between the entrance, seats and refreshments. Food-service tables and queues should stay clear of the main walkway.

These are details we can help work through as you choose your tent. You do not need to draw a finished layout before getting in touch.
