That depends on whether the ceremony and reception require seating at the same time. If one set will be reused, confirm the transfer plan, timing and responsible person before reducing the count.
Send the date, complete event address, guest count, desired equipment, proposed layout, site photos and venue access windows. Identify furniture or other items already provided by the venue.
